My Briefingboard

My briefingboard is the view you see when you have logged into the portal. You also get up My briefingboard when you choose My briefingboard under My functions . My briefingboard is a good place to start when you begin to work. It gives you a quick view of new and changed activities and meetings. You can see here if you have got any new messages and also see your meeting requests. The main window is split in four parts containing:

1. My meetings

   In My meetings you can see a list of all meetings you are affected by. You can sort them by Day, Week, Month, Year and All (Month is default) by clicking on the corresponding word. You can also open your meeting  and read the information about it by clicking on the meeting name shown in the list.

2. My activities

   In My activities, all activities from the function Activity planner that you are involved in are listed. You work in the same way as for My meetings (regarding sorting,opening etc).

3. My messages

   In My messages you can see all messages that you have sent or recieved.

4. My meeting requests

   In My meeting requests you can see all the requests you have created or received. You can open the requests and answer which of the suggested times that suits you for the meeting.
