In Categories you can choose to Add, Edit and Delete publication types, publication subjects and news types. It is however only users that has the role Administrator in the Lobby that can work with Categories, i.e. this function is not accessible from inside a room. Categories is started by choosing Categories under Administration.

  • Add categories

    1. Choose Categories under Administration.
    2. Choose category (Publication types, Publication subjects or News types) in the drop-down menu Category type.
    3. Click on the button Add.
    4. Enter the name of the new type/subject in the field Type name/Subject name.
    5. Click on the button Add to save the new type/subject.
  • Edit categories

    1. Choose Categories under Administration.
    2. Choose category (Publication types or Publication subjects) in the drop-down menu Category type.
    3. Mark the  type/subject that you want to edit the name of in the list.
    4. Click on the button Edit.
    5. Enter the new name of the type/subject in the field Type name/Subject name.
    6. Click on the button Edit to save the new name of the type/subject.
  • Delete categories

    1. Choose Categories under Administration.
    2. Choose category (Publication types or Publication subjects) in the drop-down menu Category type.
    3. Mark the  type/subject that you want to remove in the list.
    4. Click on the button Delete and then OK.
