ProjectCoordinator allows organizations to create multiple workplaces and manage them from a single place. The basic functionality of the solution is based on the Lobby and Room concept. Lobby represents the organisation and rooms represent different departments/divisions within the organization. Each of the rooms has its own planning functionalities, document management, resource and contact management, cost management and web content management capabilities.

API

For the organizations that want to take out information from ProjectCoordinator or feed-in data into it, it comes with the an application programming interface (API) making the communication between different systems easier.
