Select Workspace

Lobby

The Lobby is a common gathering place for all rooms and all users of the portal. The lobby is usually used to share information, such as templates, documents and common information, with all rooms and users of the portal.
It includes:

• Document
• Images

You get to the Lobby by either login to the portal or choose Lobby  under Select Workspace .

Room

In the list with rooms you can see all the rooms where you are a user and you can open the desired room directly by clicking on the name of that room in the list. You can also click on the Lobby  to get to the lobby.
If you want to go to a room/project, login to the portal and click on the rooms/projects name in the list with available rooms under Select Workspace . NOTE: By hover your mouse cursor over the name of the room, a tooltip will appear with the information about the room Administrator and the person/s who has the role Planner in the room.

NOTE: If you are Administrator in the Lobby, from the start you don’t see any rooms under Select Workspace . You just see other rooms if you become a member of these rooms. You become a member in exactly the same way as regular users. You have to be added or invited.
