Why do I get a warning message regarding certificate error when I’m trying to open Office files. It says: “Certificate error – The application experienced an internal error loading the SSL libraries”.

This is because your system does not support the newer TLS 1.2 protocol. You need to add a fix on your computer to solve this. Scroll down to “Easy fix” and click “Download”.
