With Lobby settings you can change the Name and Description of the portal, if you want to Allow room admin to invite users or not, and if you want to Show lobby in time reporting. In order room admins not to have the possibility to invite new users to their rooms, choose No instead of Yes. Like wise if you do not want users to report time on activities in the Activity Planner for the Lobby, choose No instead of Yes.
Click on the button Save to save the changes.
Click on the button Clear to clear all fields and start all over.
If you regret your changes or you don’t want to save the added/modified parameters, click on the Cancel button.
You can open the function by choosing Lobby settings under Administration.
