THE LOBBY
A ”steering room” for the project administrators and management. This component, present in the Portal Edition, makes it possible to organize and run multiple projects in the Portal, providing an easy overview and follow up on projects´ development and performance. Also, archive and planning tools are available for the steering group or the leading organization.
The Lobby is also intended to be used as a project/organization shared space, to access common interest information (resources download area), where e.g. templates, instructions and reports can be obtained.

THE PROJECT ROOM
The actual work space. The project rooms allow you to structure the work in the most suitable way for the project. Project rooms can be arranged in any sort of logic (e.g. subjects, work packages and time phases). The Rooms enables you to organize the intervention of different organizations or  workgroups and the individual definition of access rights per user eliminate any functional or privacy conflict.

PROJECT BRIEFINGBOARD
Follow the project progress and get a quick summary of:
- Project meetings - Displays scheduled meetings
- Project activities - Displays status for ongoing/planned activities
- Project news - Displays important project news
- Event log - Displays a log of important events (e.g new documents)

FILE ARCHIVE FOR DOCUMENTS AND IMAGES
Each project room has a powerful file archive for data in all formats (documents, images, videos), based on a tree structure similar to the one in Windows ExplorerŽ. Easily upload and  move, copy and edit documents and folders with version  handling by using the ”Drag and Drop – Save to Server” component. The powerful right handling functions give you full controll over users´ access to files and folders.

PROJECT PLANNER
Define your Phases, Activities, Sub-activities, and Milestones in an environment that resembles MicrosoftŽ ProjectŽ. The activity list displays responsibilities and progress status regarding time and budget. Easily get different reports and graphical representations (e.g. Gantt charts).

DISCUSSION BOARD
Post questions and subscribe to discussions in the threaded discussion board. The Discussion board is accessible to everyone in the project and is a perfect way of creating structured knowledge.

PROJECT TEAM/EMAIL/CALENDAR
Add new members to each project room and define individual roles and access rights. Easily contact all project members and organize group e-mails. Get a quick overview of the project meetings, create new meetings and invite attendants and export the meetings to your MicrosoftŽ OutlookŽ calendar.

PROJECT HOMEPAGE/PROJECT INTRANET
The homepage and intranet are easily created and updated using the built-in publishing tool that resembles a common word processing tool. You don’t need any HTML knowledge to publish information about the project. On your Project homepage/Project intranet you can display text, images, tables and links to project documents, project pages and external documents/pages on the internet. This makes it easy to keep the world updated with continuous information and current project results.
