Library is a function that makes it possible to classify documents, both stored in the portal's archive as well as at external sources, using meta-tags, which allows them to be searchable by author, title, publishing year, subject, keywords etc. The function Library is opened by choosing Library under Document Management
. It's only the person/persons who has the role Publication manager that can Add/Edit/Delete publications. All users in the portal or the room can however read the publications that are added.

You can also change the name or the properties of your document. This can be done in two ways:
In Categories you can choose to Add, Edit and Delete publication types, publication subjects and news types. It is however only users that has the role Administrator in the Lobby that can work with Categories, i.e. this function is not accessible from inside a room. Categories is started by choosing Categories under Administration
